How We Begin

We’ll meet you right where you are—no pressure, just presence. Once we hear from you, we will:

  1. Respond within 1–2 business days.

  2. Send a confirmation email for your scheduled consultation (if scheduled), including a secure video link.

  3. Talk with you about what brings you here—whether you’re seeking support as an individual, a group, or an organization.

  4. Walk you through available options, meeting locations, and next steps.

If you’re navigating an immediate crisis or need urgent support, please visit our Resources page for 24/7 help and local services.

Visit Our Locations

Choose a setting that best supports your comfort, privacy, and therapeutic goals—whether through the spaciousness of the outdoors or the steadiness of an indoor office.

Nature-Based Locations

Most outdoor sessions take place in Taashuyee‑Chookan.áani, the Mendenhall Wetlands complex, a landscape of tidal flats, mountain views, shifting light, and abundant bird life.

With many access points and varied terrain, this area allows us to tailor each session to your needs—whether you prefer wide‑open views, quiet forest edges, or gentle walking paths. Location options range from easy‑access spots near the airport and Mendenhall Valley to more secluded places on North Douglas.

Nature-based therapy sessions are offered Fridays and Saturdays.

Indoor Office and Telehealth

For those who find comfort in having a consistent and more contained space for conversation, sessions are available at our Jordan Creek office. On Southeast Alaska’s more dramatic weather days, the office can also serve as a warm, dry alternative. Telehealth is available for Alaskan residents based outside of Juneau.

Indoor sessions still incorporate nature‑based approaches. We may draw attention to the quality of light through the window, the presence of plants in the room, or grounding practices that help you connect with your body and surroundings.

Indoor therapy sessions are offered Tuesdays and Thursdays. Telehealth is offered on Wednesdays.

Finding Our Office

Address: 9000 Glacier Hwy, #305

Directions: Google Maps may direct you to walk the final portion. This is actually the parking lot. Turn right into the lot. If you see Puddles Dog Wash, you are in the right place!  Follow a curve to the right and our building is tucked behind the trees. After you park, walk across the boardwalk, and up the stairs to the 3rd floor.
