Nature-Based Therapy
Reconnect with yourself in a grounded, natural setting through one-on-one outdoor therapy sessions blending evidence-based counseling interventions, mindfulness-based practices, and somatic awareness techniques. Sessions are available for individuals and couples, tailored to your comfort, needs, and ability levels.
