Need To Catch Your Breath?
Try a Guided Meditation

Just like pausing on a trail to take in the view, a moment of stillness can bring clarity and strength. These guided meditations offer a chance to pause, steady yourself, and continue forward with presence.

Cultivating Awareness

Beside Gold Creek in Cope Park, this meditation invites gentle awareness of the observing mind. By listening to the steady flow of the water, observing our breath, and noticing thoughts as they rise and fall, we cultivate spaciousness and presence. (7 min.)

Reconnecting with Yourself

As the tide rises at Lena Cove, this meditation invites you to connect with your body through directed attention. Guided by the rhythmic sound of the waves, we move through a body scan, cultivating awareness and grounding in the present moment. (9 min.)
