Rooted in the rhythms of nature and the feminine experience, each session invites you to explore a different access point within this expansive natural area, fostering curiosity, resilience, and community.
Together, we’ll engage in:
Guided Hikes: Move with intention through wild spaces, cultivating strength, grounding, and awe.
Hands-On Skill Building: Learn practical tools for wilderness confidence—like solo hike planning, shelter basics, and bear awareness.
